Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order containing the speaker you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Place the speaker, charging cables, and manuals securely in the original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
